Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £45,000 and £57,200 DOE ,OTE+£80,000; plus commission and mileage payment. + car allowance of up to £3,600

Trilogic Recruitment are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. 

Our client is known for being a Specialist Electrical Engineering company. They are an ICP who create bespoke solutions in a variety of fields, including Civil ground works, fitting and installing electrical plant and equipment, low voltage apparatus and installations of electric vehicle charging stations. 

Our client is looking for somebody to join their growing team who has experience with IDNO/ DNO/ ICP and business development. 
This position is heavily focused on generating new business across the whole of the UK, along with developing any existing business where possible.

Key Responsibilities
Identifying new sales leads; in accordance with the Sales Plan.

Managing individual sales pipeline.

Updating and maintaining the company’s CRM system.

Researching organisations and individuals online (including social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets, offering our products and/or services.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events promoting the brand and expanding the client network.

Identifying needs and informing clients about new developments in the company’s services and developing proposals.

Contacting potential clients via email, phone or social media to establish rapport and set up meetings to develop new relationships.

Leading the negotiation process through to successful conclusion, including overseeing the handover process to Operations.

Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting contracts and forging strong relationships with clients.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, including the creation of Case Studies, literature and content for use on digital media.

Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.

Working closely with the Sales Manager to identify strategic targets and pursue them.

Provide monthly forecasting reports and sales results for internal presentation.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
