Customer Service Administrator

Location : Southampton

Salary : £20,500 + benefits + bonus

My client who are based in Southampton are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidate who have got experience working within Customer Service and Administration. Be the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise

Provide support to Employee Benefits Consultants by setting up and supporting actions for policy renewals to ensure market leading service to our clients

Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, meeting agreed SLAs and keeping all parties updated.

Co-ordinate administration of schemes, including invoicing, accounts, client queries, claims, underwriting, rehabilitation support services & communication material.

Proactively initiate and manage the gathering of all relevant data for each clients scheme renewal and ensure accuracy at all times and assist with the analysis of data as required.

Prepare template client reports as requested by the Employee Benefits Consultants.

Ensure that client records and in house system is always kept up to date including new business, retention and financial information.

Attend internal and external meetings with Insurers and product training as required.

Periodically attend client meetings with Employee Benefits Consultant, subject to agreement of the Client Services Team Manager

To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and financial and Industry compliance regulations and legislations.

Essential criteria

Previous administration experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Strong Microsoft package ability

Proven ability to adapt to change

Proven team player
