This role sits in the Global TTS COO office and will help senior leaders formulate and execute strategic initiatives and growth agendas across the business. This position plays a key role as a thought partner, performs in-depth competitive analyses for global banks and fintechs, market assessment and deal due diligence, and collaborates firmwide to provide compelling insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive both organic and inorganic growth. You will have the unique opportunity to work extensively with product, sales, technology & platform, strategy, finance and investor relation teams, as well as with senior executives across the firm.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to define and drive the long-term strategy of TTS to deliver on financial targets

Develop and support TTS’s strategy through identification, assessment and execution of emerging growth opportunities across multiple ecosystems, industries, products and solutions

Deliver impact to drive financial results and success for TTS in this rapidly changing market environment, to stay ahead of other banks and the growing competition from fintechs, particularly in the payments space

Apply analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills to solve ambiguous problems

Partner with finance, product, sales and market intelligence teams to synthesize key insights and formulate actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Conduct and maintain competitor/industry research to stay ahead of competition and to identify strategic partnerships, along with regular reporting to business heads and senior management

Lead meetings and working sessions with senior business partners

Perform due diligence and evaluate inorganic opportunities

Create and deliver executive-level presentations

Communicate ideas to stakeholders through effective written and oral communication

Foster strong relationships across the firm

Manage workstreams and deliverables with commitment to quality and execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

SVP level — 8+ years of work experience in Financial Services, with experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking or research
VP level — 6+ years of work experience in Financial Services, with experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking or research

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills

Strategic thinker with ability to work in a systematic manner and take ownership

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
