We have a number of customer service advisor roles working for our leading Financial Services client on a permanent basis. The roles are based in Preston but are fully home based, we will consider candidates who are within a 2 hour travelling distance to ensure they can get equipment to you.

The role would be customer focused and you would…..

  • Deal with inbound and outbound queries via phone and email
  • Build relationships with each and every customer
  • Taking time to listen to customers and offer a solution that is tailored to them
  • Ensuring that you are being compliant at all times and adhering to policies
  • Meeting call quality targets
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Ultimately provide good all around customer service throughout the process!!

We would love to hear from you if ……

You have experience within customer service (preferably phone based customer service experience however, this is not essential as training is given), excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are a strong team player and demonstrate a desire to learn and better yourself. You will require a clear pass in a credit and disclosure check with it being a financial services company.

What’s in it for you…..

Salary: £20,500 rising to £21,000 with regular pay reviews and a bonus to be earned of up to an extra £3000

Hours: 2 week rota of 08:00 – 16:30 or 9am till 17:30pm Monday – Friday with every other Saturday worked 09:00 to 13:30/16:30 depending on need and I late working every 2 weeks.
