Senior Customer Service Advisor/Banking Advisor/Financial Advisor
Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
37.5 hours per work
Immediate start dates through September and October!
Initially 6 months, potential to go perm

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering end to end service for business customers
* Dealing with complex amendments and queries
* Completing payments and processing invoices
* Completing a wide range of customer activities
* Maintaining relationships through excellent communication both written and verbal
* Providing a world class service to business customers and building relationships
* Taking ownership of workload and working towards SLA’s

Person Specification:
* Able to manage time sensitive tasks
* Excellent time management
* Strong PC Skills including Microsoft
* Experience working in a pressurised environment
* Ability to manage your own workload with accountability
* A competitive basic salary
* 6 weeks training
* Flexible working (Hybrid)
* Weekly pay
* No weekend work!
